This is the best cake you’ll ever eat in your life. Pound cake can get soggy, but not this one, no matter how long you store it in the fridge! Stays crisp on the outside like it’s straight out of the oven, and moist on the inside. My family don’t care for any other cake as much after eating this. Perfect on its own and great for teatime.
